Hi and welcome to Encouragement Café where the conversation is always hot and fresh. Today, we’re talking about boldly sharing our faith. Does the thought of telling someone about Jesus make you sweat? Then you will not want to miss the amazing stories from ordinary people just like you and me.
Joining us in the café today are Brenda Bearden, Tim Hanauer and Kelly Talamo.

Brenda’s compassion for the lost drives her to continue to dive deep into the study of the only Truth to combat the lies of the enemy with gentleness and respect. 1 Peter 3:15

To answer Kelly’s question to me.
I’m afraid of not knowing what to say. I’m afraid of feeling or looking unintelligent.

Jennifer, read Exodus ch. 4. Moses felt the same way that you do. I have always felt that way too. I have learned to stop, take a deep breath and shoot up a short prayer, "Lord, help me to forget what I want to say, and allow you to speak through me". When you are in a right and close relationship with Jesus Christ (spending time with Him every day) He will hear this prayer. The ultimate responsibility falls on the individual’s shoulders to choose to hear what you say. You can also pray after the fact that God will soften the person’s heart and water the seed you planted.
Do you love HIM? That is all that matters. LOVE Him out loud and HE will take care of the rest.
