I am so glad there was a new podcast posted. I have really missed all your voices.
I m one who doesn’t do well with change. I would get so frustrated when I’d go into work and find that my boss rearranged the office I worked in or when she would decide to have me work in another office. Perhaps a part of this frustration is because I’m blind and she’d move my things around without telling me. I’d usually get to work before she would. While listening to this podcast I started thinking that if a simple change like this frustrated me so much how could Jesus expect me to handle larger change he brings to my life. I have fear of change because of the unknown. For example: next year I’m planning on moving to a new area. I’ll be much closer to my family and I’m looking forward to the change. I feel like I need a change but I’m a little afraid of that change.

Hi Jennifer. Thank you so much for your comment. I can completely understand why you would not like change, being blind —change could totally throw you off. I think that is great that you are going to be moving closer to your family-that is a GOOD change. Whenever I face a change like that, I look at it as an adventure and put my complete trust into God, knowing that He loves me so much and is always there for me. He loves YOU so much too and will always be there for you. He knows the past, present and future. He knows what lies ahead for you and always wants the best for you. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5-6. Good luck with your move and let us know how it goes. God Bless!! Kathy
