Planning an event can be a daunting task so God has called us to partner with you and provide a “turn-key” solution! Together we can impact the kingdom in ways we could never do alone. Encouragement EXTREME Event 2 DAY Package provides S-H-A-P-E:

The sponsoring organization promotes the event, provides the location, and volunteers. When considering an Encouragement EXTREME Event there are several things to consider:
- A 6-month lead-time for scheduling and promotional efforts is preferred to insure an effective promotional strategy.
- We will provide downloadable, promotional materials and event handouts.
- A minimum of 300 people will make the event cost effective for the sponsoring organization.
- Encouragement EXTREME Event team will promote the event on their website, the radio show, and the individual speaker and worship leader web-sites.
- We will provide a press release and be available for radio and print interviews.
