Carol@EncouragementCafe.com
Carol is often described as “animated” and if you look at the definition of that word, it’s actually pretty accurate. Animated means ‘alive…full of movement and activity.’ Carol’s sense of humor combined with her passion to see others come to know Christ and have a dynamic relationship with Him, is a great blend of life and faith. Carol has been in radio for over 15 years, joining the Billy Graham Evangelistic Associations Radio Ministry at WMIT, 106.9 The Light in 2003. In 2006, Carol joined Matt Stockman as a co-host on the Matt and Carol in the morning show. In 2008, Matt and Carol were recognized by the National Religious Broadcasters as the Personalities of the Year. In 2006, Carol received the Southern Gospel DJ of the Year Award for her work on an additional ministry of the BGEA, wfgw.org. 106.9 The Light was also awarded the highest honor in radio, the Marconi Award in September, 2008.
