Carol is often described as “animated” and if you look at the definition of that word, it’s actually pretty accurate. Animated means “alive…full of movement and activity.” Carol’s sense of humor combined with her passion to see others come to know Christ and have a dynamic relationship with Him, is a great blend of life and faith. Carol has been in radio for over 15 years, joining the Billy Graham Evangelistic Associations Radio Ministry at WMIT, 106.9 The Light in 2003. In 2006, Carol joined Matt Stockman as a co-host on the Matt and Carol in the morning show. In 2008, Matt and Carol were recognized by the National Religious Broadcasters as the Personalities of the Year. In 2006, Carol received the Southern Gospel DJ of the Year Award for her work on an additional ministry of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Associations Radio Ministry at WFGW. 106.9 The Light was also awarded the highest honor in radio, the Marconi Award in September, 2008. In February of 2010, Carol moved to the midday time slot and serves up encouragement during lunchtime from 12-3. She was nominated again in 2010 for Personality of the Year. Carol is a graduate of Mars Hill College in Mars Hill, NC. She lives in the foothills of North Carolina and is the proud mom of Ella. For more information about Carol, visit www.cantcookalick.com.
Dallas is married to her high school sweetheart, Carl, and is a stay at home mom to their four children, Paris, Connor, Carson, and Cooper. Dallas and her husband have co-authored Feast of Faith, a Bible study designed for use individually or for small groups to explore the Jewish feasts of the Old Testament and how they relate to modern day Christianity. She is not Jewish but has a Bridegroom for eternity who is and He is the Love of her Life. Dallas speaks at women’s retreats, is involved in a weekly prayer group, has home-schooled her children on occasion, and is frequently found training along with her family for races ranging from 5Ks to marathons and triathlons. Although Dallas has taught Math and Physical Education at the seventh grade level through the college levels, her true passion is teaching others about the fascinating depths of God’s Word.
