Our Mission

Stirring the Spirit one cup at a time through laughter, love and stories, Encouragement Cafe is a pick-me-up for the soul and fuel for a weary heart. It’s a community inspiring you with the encouraging hope of Jesus Christ.

Our Vision

One woman, one church, one station, one city, one state, one country at a time, we will lock arms and spread the encouraging hope of Jesus Christ across the globe.

We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, inspired by the Spirit of God, without error.

We believe in God, who loved the world and sent His only Son, Jesus Christ to be our Savior.

“This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.” 1 John 4:10 NIV

We believe Jesus Christ, Israel’s Messiah, born of a virgin, was fully man and fully God.

We believe the Holy Spirit indwells all those who receive Jesus Christ by faith, as Lord and Savior.

We believe Jesus Christ died on a cross, was buried, and on the third day rose from the dead to make atonement for the sin of the world. This atonement is available to all who repent of their sins and believe in Him alone for forgiveness and salvation.

We believe salvation is a free gift of God’s grace and cannot be earned, deserved, inherited or bought. With salvation comes forgiveness, abundant life here on earth and eternal life in heaven. And the only way to receive it is through Jesus Christ.

“Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’” John 14:6 NIV

We believe in the return of Jesus Christ to this earth to reign in righteousness and justice.

“My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.” John 14:2-3 NIV

We believe the church is not an organization, but all believers who have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

We believe that daily Bible reading and prayer are essential for spiritual life.

We believe that all believers are commanded to be witnesses for Christ, sharing the Gospel with the whole world.

“Then Jesus came to them and said, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.’” Matthew 28:18-20 NIV
